Using GrassGroups

GrassGroups is provided for organizations, volunteers, donors, members, and moderators to coordinate lawful community activity.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the service only in ways that comply with applicable law and these terms.

Acceptable conduct

You may not use the platform to threaten people, coordinate violence, impersonate others, spam users, harvest data without authorization, or evade enforcement actions.

• No unlawful threats, incitement, or targeted harassment.
• No deceptive fundraising, false representation, or fraudulent claims of affiliation.
• No uploads containing malware, credential theft, or attempts to interfere with service availability.

Organization ownership and verification

Organization pages may be created by users or claimed by authorized representatives. GrassGroups may request documentation before approving claims or verification upgrades.

We may suspend, unpublish, or annotate organization records when we detect fraud, unresolved ownership disputes, or safety concerns.

Enforcement and termination

We may limit or terminate access when necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or preserve platform integrity.

Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent removal of content, organizations, campaigns, or accounts.
